411 on Thiago_vix in NY?

Anyone have first hand experience with Thiago_vix? He almost seems too handsome to be true - and has all good reviews except for one really bad one. I've always wondered how someone can have a string of outstanding reviews, but then 1 star pops up on one review - an off night? disgruntled client?
