First time hiring 2

ok - I am planing to hire 2 at once for the first time in early December. I have seen one of them before and his ad says he is available as part of a duo. He sent me a link to the other guy - crazy sexy hot! So - I'm going for them
My question for the more adventurous and experienced- any tips or suggestions for me going into this? I'm a little nervous about having the 2 of them, and would be grateful for any advice from your experience.
