411 on MJordan in Philadelphia

I might be making a trip to Philadelphia and came across this ad. Love MuscleMen and the BF Experience, but what his ad states and what services he offers seems conflicting to what I am looking for. Before I reach out to him to inquire, wonder if there is any info on this guy. There doesn't seem to be anything on the forums and there are 3 positive reviews on rentmen but I take those with a grain of salt.
