I'll make this one quick. Are you disinclined to hire when intellectual deficiency is so boldly on display as it is in this brief ad:

My own answer is "yes," but I'm curious if others may be inclined to overlook such a glaring misuse of a word TWICE in such a short (and tersely-worded) ad?
