Even with 'verification', Bait & Switch still exists.

So a traveling escort sent me a 3-fingered selfie, and did FaceTime with me prior to an appointment today. Needless to say, when the door opened at 'his' hotel room, it was NOT the same person. It must have been his understudy: Latin (as advertised), but shorter, no tattoos, no piercings. No big package or protruding buttocks as previously pictured.
How would you have handled this situation?
